Dustin Phillips volunteered to represent the Board of Directors at the Disabilities Leadership Coalition of Alabama in Montgomery, AL today to advocate for the people within the Shoals with exceptional needs. Dustin had the opportunity to speak with his state representative, Phillips Pettus, and state auditor, Andrew Sorrell, this morning.
